Returns & Exchanges
Enza Benincasa stands behind the quality of the merchandise sold. If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will be happy to honour your request for an exchange or refund, within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or product, the cost of shipping an item of the same or lesser value will be charged to the customer.
Shipping
To return any products purchased from this website, please contact Enza Benincasa on info@enzabenincasa.com.au along with your reason for return. We will contact you shortly with our postal address.
Please wrap securely and return the merchandise with a copy of your invoice via insured and pre-paid mail.
All deliveries are made by Australia Post or Independent couriers. Please allow approximately 7-14 days within Australia and 21-30 days internationally.
Currency & Transactions.
All PayPal transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$). If you are using an non-Australian credit card, your financial institution may charge a conversion fee as well as additional charges. Please check with your financial institution for details.
Customs & Import Duty
For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Enza Benincasa does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
